To make the JMan Customer app work for you, we need access to specific features on your device:
Camera Access: We use your camera solely for scanning QR codes to redeem fuel vouchers (e-chits) and for secure profile verification. We do not browse your gallery or store your private photos.
Location Services: We use your location to show you the nearest JMan fuel stations and provide directions. You have full control over this and can enable or disable location access in your device settings at any time.
Profile & Contact Details: When you register, we collect your name and phone number to secure your account and manage your digital wallet.
Transaction History: We maintain a record of your fueling and wallet transactions so you can track your spending and manage your e-chits.
- How We Keep Your Data Safe
We use modern, industry-standard encryption to protect your data as it travels between your phone and our secure servers. Our internal systems are designed so that only authorised JMan team members—who need the information to support your account—can ever see it.
- Your Control Over Your Data
You are in the driver's seat:
Permissions: You can revoke Camera or Location access through your phone settings at any time.
Account Deletion: If you choose to leave the JMan ecosystem, you can request account deletion. We will securely purge your personal data from our systems in accordance with financial record-keeping laws.
